CHALLENGE. In the midst of change — a new space in East Boston and the museum’s rebranding by Pentagram — the ICA needed to expand its reach, diversify its marketing campaigns and attract more museum members.

SOLUTION. I produced and executed content for collateral, billboards and digital, generating more than 1.2M impressions. After conducting in-depth brand research, I managed the museum’s email campaign strategy and execution, targeting general admission and museum members, improving key retention metrics and increasing museum attendance. I facilitated the production of First Fridays: a monthly sold-out event celebrating art on the waterfront.
