CHALLENGE. Following the remarkable success of its original initiative—revitalizing one of Memphis' most underprivileged neighborhoods through the development of a mixed-use complex centered around public schools—Maslow needed to carve its new-to-market identity. Our mission: create a brand that would authentically and powerfully communicate Maslow's socially-conscious ethos on a national scale.

SOLUTION. Drawing inspiration from the synergy of community impact, building development, and education, we defined Maslow’s persona—a transformative force igniting social change through active engagement. To ensure its visibility in a conventional real estate brand landscape, we crafted a visually striking and colorful identity that sets Maslow apart from the crowd. With its circular brandmark and vibrant personality, Maslow has emerged as a beacon of responsibility and optimism, reshaping the dynamics of communities and pushing the boundaries of conventional norms regarding how, where, and when they thrive.
