CHALLENGE. Creative college students often found themselves in need of both money and a portfolio. However, instead of leveraging their creative skills for paying gigs, they usually resorted to taking odd jobs or running errands to make ends meet. A lack of accessible freelance opportunities made it difficult for them to align their creativity with a sustainable income.
However, university career services rarely offer freelance options, leaving employers without an easy way to tap into creative student talent.
SOLUTION. A website to bridge the gap between creative college freelancers and employers seeking young, creative & flexible talent. Partnerships with universities to expand their career services, going beyond traditional job placements, and exploring opportunities for freelance work. Community-building initiatives to empower students in 50 universities nationwide.
