Seal Ventures
a venture capitalist fund for real estate developments in underserved communities.

team. design by Brandon Siu.

story. As a newcomer in real estate venture capital, Seal Ventures needed a brand that would stand apart while communicating its impact-driven mission of supporting underserved communities. The challenge was to create not just a visual identity, but a platform that could inspire trust and signal purpose to both investors and developers.

approach. We built SV’s brand platform from the ground up, defining its positioning, voice, and visual world around the idea of growth and ecosystems. A bold monogram, vibrant color palette, and purposeful photography expressed its socially conscious ethos, while clear messaging reinforced its role as a VC bridging opportunity and equity. The result is a brand that commands credibility in a crowded category while staying true to its mission.

We back the country’s most community-centric developers. We support them in building thriving real-estate ecosystems. We invest in emerging talent and undervalued land. We power socioeconomic change.
